We are pleased to announce two days of seminars with Dr.-Ing. habil. Oliver SchlĂĽter, from the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB), Potsdam, Germany; Visiting professor a Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna-DISTAL.
The seminars, hosted at the University of Bologna – Cesena Campus, will focus on current challenges and innovative approaches in sustainable food processing, circular food systems, alternative protein sources and emerging technologies.
